Using AZDAT

Search and browse business listings by region and category.
Don’t misuse the site (e.g., scrape at scale, spam, or interfere with operations).
Respect our privacy stance—we don’t track your every move, and we expect the same courtesy.

Listings and Featured placements

Basic listings are free. Businesses can optionally purchase **Featured** placement (top 4) in a category/region.
We may label Featured placement and sponsored content clearly.
We may review or remove content that violates guidelines (e.g., misleading, unlawful, spam).

Your content

Only submit content you have rights to share (text, images, logos).
You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your listing materials on AZDAT.
Don’t submit illegal, obscene, hateful, or infringing content.

Accounts & claiming

Owners or authorized agents may claim listings. Verification methods may include email, site token, phone, or documents.
You’re responsible for activity under your account; keep credentials secure.

Privacy

We aim for simplicity and minimal data collection. See our Privacy page for details.

IP & trademarks

AZDAT branding, design, and site code are protected by intellectual property laws.
Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

AZDAT is provided “as is” without warranties.
We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
